Verry Sitorus is the founder and managing partner of Law Firm VERRY SITORUS & Partners. Through his experiences as a lawyer since 2005, he is reliable in handling numerous criminal cases, such as banking crime, corruption, cyber-crime and other common crimes. In addition to his expertise on the things above, he has also been familiar with dealing with civil cases, such as intellectual property rights, oil and gas, land and property, insurance and investment cases.

Nofrizal holds a Sarjana Hukum degree (Bachelor of Law) from the Faculty of Law, Andalas University, Padang, West Sumatra majoring in criminal law; and Master of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia (Jakarta) majoring in Business Law; and also Bachelor of Computer Science, Majoring in Computer System from Putra Indonesia University (UPI-YPTK), Padang, West Sumatra. He joined Law Firm Verry Sitorus & Partners in October 2015 after previously working with another local firm in Jakarta.

His expertise includes litigation, debt restructuring, general corporate & investment, Intellectual Property Rights and Computer Law.

He is licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) and a licensed receiver and administrator for bankruptcy and suspension of payments proceedings (AKPI).

He’s a native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) and a proficient speaker of English.

Meutia joined Verry Sitours & Partners in March 2017 after having her Bachelor Degree from faculty of Law, Universitas Sumatera Utara (Sumatera Utara University) in August 2016.

She was experienced with court system since she was predicated as the best attorney at her faculty in 2013 and also acted as chairman and member of deliberation in a few leadership organizations.

Since joining the VSP team, Meutia has gained valuable experiences of making contract review and legal opinion based on corporate law and any other related regulations and she also follows the process of insolvency and suspension of debt payment through her participation in many cases at VSP.

She’s a native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) and a proficient speaker of English.

Maria earned her Bachelor degree of law from Pasundan University in 2015 and immediately worked in Law Firm Verry Sitorus & Partners when she was about to finish her study in 2015.

As a junior advocate, she has made a considerable amount of legal opinion and contract review. Interested in corporate law, insolvency law, and has so many litigation experiences for criminal and private cases since joining the firm.

Her experiences since she joined the firm until now have made her as an expert in cases dealing with clients, problem solving, and making legal advice to people.

She’s a native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) and a proficient speaker of English.

Daniel Nainggolan, S.H graduated from faculty of law, Padjadjaran University (Bandung) in 2014 where he specialized in criminal law.

While at University, Daniel was active in BPM (Badan Perwakilan Mahasiswa). He also active in external campus organization such as GMKI (World Student Christian Movement)

Prior to joining our team in 2017, Daniel worked at another prominent law firm in Bandung. His spesialization is commercial litigation, Employment Law, and Bankruptcy.

Daniel passed the bar exam in 2016 and he is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).

He’s a native speaker of Bahasa and a proficient speaker of English.

Madyastha Pradhana, S.H.,M.H. (Wino) graduated from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia , Jakarta majored in civil law (S.H.) and he obtained his master of law in Gadjah Mada University majored in master of business of law (M.H.).

He was actively involved in representative body (BPM-FH) , member of Atmajaya Mootcourt Guild (AMG) and still involved in several social and voluntary organizations.

In 2015, he holds advocate license from PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) to practice in Indonesian courts and represents clients inside/or outside the court.

Before joining Verry Sitorus and Partners, he worked at another law firms in Jakarta. His practice focuses on civil law, criminal law and manpower.

Kristoper Tambunan graduated bachelor degree from faculty of law Universitas HKBP Nommensen (UHN) on 2005 and earned his Master of Law from University of Gadjahmada (UGM) on 2018.

He is an advocate and member of Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2008. He has handled a wide range of clients such as Limited liability company owned by private parties with a national and international scale, Government-owned banks (Bank BUMN), Private-owned banks, Foundations or groups and Individual. His expertise in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Business and Commercial Dispute Resolution, Corporate Practice, Industrial Dispute Relation (Labor), Banking and Finance, Property and Real Estate, Corruption Cases and etc.

He is native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia and a proficient speaker of English.

Mentari graduated from the Faculty of Law Trisakti University, majoring in Legal Practitioner/Litigation Law. She passed the bar exam in 2015 and she holds advocate license from PERADI to represents clients inside or outside the court. As junior advocate, she has been part of the team that assist clients in civil, criminal litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Since joining the VSP team, Mentari gained valuable experiences not only in the court, but also making contract review and legal opinion based on corporate law. She also gained experience and regulatory knowledge in insolvency and suspension of debt payment process.

She is native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia and a proficient speaker of English.

Meica was a gifted student and graduated cumlaude of the Universitas Pancasila in 2016, where she majored in Private Law and the holder of Master’s Degree in Law majoring Bussines Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2018.

Meica is a junior advocate at Verry Sitorus & Partners in 2019 after having commenced her legal carrier as an analyst of legal agreements with government employment agreements at The Ministry of Youth and Sports Republic of Indonesia in 2018. During her time at VSP, she worked across a wide variety of practice areas in line with the firm’s policy of exposing young lawyers to as much cross-specialization experience as possible. In her short time with the firm, she has impressed her seniors with both her analytical skills and rapid turnaround times.

She has made a considerable ammount of legal opinion and contract review and also worked on multiple drafting and research matters in relation to legal advises required by clients which has given her understanding of the law and legal practice in a wide range of sectors.

Adolf Roberto Sinaga is a Junior Lawyer in Verry Sitorus & Partners. He Joined Verry Sitorus & Partners in November 2018. He has experience in Legal Aid and another Law Firm before having his Bachelor Degree from Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University in April 2018. He majored in Criminal Law and his thesis focused on Probation.

During his study in Diponegoro University, he has a backround in organization (Student Executive Board, Head of Tanoto Scholars Association Diponegoro University, and others) and Moot Court Competition.

As a Junior Lawyer in Verry Sitorus & Partners, he drafts legal due diligence reports provides and various legal advice.

With his experience in Legal Aid and Law Firm made him as an expert in cases dealing with clients, problem solving, and making legal advice to people.

He is native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia and a proficient speaker of English.

Dimas Nur Bagaskara is Junior Associate in Law Firm Verry Sitorus & Partners. He has been involved many project, mostly in Debt and Restructuration, General Corporate Matter, as well as Commercial Law. Since joined the firm, he has made many contract review, contract drafting, legal opinion for both local client and foreign client.

Dimas had joined the firm as an intern before graduated cum laude from Esa Unggul University majoring International Business Law. At university, he actively joined international conference, debate national championship and many international forums. He was also actively involved in legal aid in his university.

Dimas is fluent in English and Indonesian.

Devita graduated from Padang State of Polytechnic in 2017. Majoring in Accountancy. She joined the firm in 2018. She has a lot experiences in accounting. She has mastered some accounting software, such us ACCURATE, MYOB, Excel for Accounting, and Database.
