Previously it was known that PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA) within the four companies: PT Visi Media Asia Tbk, PT Intermedia Capital Tbk, PT Lativimedia Karya, and PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi (VIVA Group) is facing a restructuring process under a Debt Payment Suspension (PKPU).

Our partner, Verry Sitorus, S.H.,M.H was appointed as one of the Administrator Team.

On the day 4 November 2024, the Administrator Team has held a hearing and/or Voting on the Peace Plan Proposal submitted by VIVA Group (In PKPU) at the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court.

At a final vote, The Composition Plan was 100% approved by all creditors, including both Concurrent Creditors (trade debt) and Separatist Creditors (secured debt), as well as foreign financial institution creditors.

The Peace Plan Proposal was subsequently homologated by the Jakarta Commercial Court.

Puji Tuhan😇, hari ini berjalan dengan lancar Sidang Pengesahan Perdamaian (Homologasi) PT Merge Mining Industri yang putusannya telah dibacakan dalam Rapat Permusyaratan Majelis di Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat.
